  • We had Express Flooring out for their famous in-home estimate. We sat through 90 minutes of their no-stain video. I told them I wanted nylon carpet. After 3 hours we purchased an entire house of carpet. After 2 months the carpet looked 5 years old: matted, obvious 'corn' rows and anything spilled on it was immediately soaked into the carpet fibers so I called to have it taken care of. End result: It was not nylon, but polyester carpet, and I was told I should have read the back of the roll when they came to install it. Two of their employees came to look and said "Oh no, this is bad" and we will take care of it. (I missed 4 days of work as well) The manufacturer would not warranty it.I was told to buy a carpet rake and rake it daily. So we are stuck with thousands of dollars of bad carpeting that is NOT stain resistant and is NOT what I was told we bought. WE WERE TOTALLY AND COMPLETELY CHEATED Please don't buy from this company - especially Andy in sales, Brent in customer service or any Mohawk product.
