  • The food & drinks are good, but the staffing is horrible. People are nice enough, but there aren't enough people scheduled or trained per shift. Forget the drive thru, it's a joke. MINIMUM 15 minutes whether there is no one or 5 people ahead of you. I have filed an actual complaint with management, but have heard nothing yet.
