  • The Gilbert location, specifically Jordan, the so-called manager, is worthless and a liar. I bought a detail package with an acid wash which wash to remove hard water stains on my car. At the time of the purchase, I was told it included, the acid wash, buff out and sealant. Imagine my surprise, when I arrived with my car, the paint protective sealant, was NOT include and then had to pay additional monies for that. You cannot acid wash a car and re-seal the paint! I will not be returning to Francis & Sons in Gilbert. This is one very upset customer looking for another car wash location immediately Anyone have a recommendation, I open!
