  • Umm, yeah. Figured out at 11 PM last night that my usual airport taxi had gone out of business. Flight was for 7:45 this morning. So, hat in hand, I called Gilbert right away. Spoke to a human right out of the gate and was very kindly made to feel welcome to call 24/7 after apologizing for the hour and short notice. As the other great reviews indicate, he was early, had driven all the way down my long, steep driveway (many will not), and was quietly waiting for me 15 minutes before my scheduled pickup time. Five minutes later, he texted me, then a few minutes more and he called...wow! Helped me in to an immaculate minivan with my ridiculous luggage and cheerily engaged me in conversation for the whole ride to the airport. I seriously wanted to be friends with him and his family after the ride. Anyway, props to the self-made small business that relies on diligence and hard work. I will definitely be calling him again.
