  • Took my car here months ago for a recalled part. I had taken pictures of my car before it went in. I show up to pick up my car when they pulled up with my car it had front bumper damage that had not been there with paint missing and scrapes like they hit something with my car. I asked for a manager and two came out. I remained calm because things happen as long as they get fixed. The managers started going off topic asking about a couple chips in my hood asking well what about this and this i was like rocks from the road this is obviously not why arent we talking about the issue here... i showed them the picture of my car and zoomed in and all with the date of the picture taken on my phone.. they said theyre not responsible and didnt do it and wont fix it and just shoved my phone back in my hands. .. tried finding someone above them on their website ans tried calling with no luck. Will never return and when my boyfriend goes to get a new car next month guesa where were not going. If you just apologied and fixed the problem everything wouldve been fine but now i have paint chipped off my car sooo not happy. Never again! So unorofessional shouldnt get any stars
