rev:text	This place is terrible. I had just moved into a new house and needed almost all brand new furniture. I purchased a 3 piece coffee table set, two sofas, a mattress, and a 5 piece bedroom set. Over $6000 for everything. You think they would want to be in good standings with a customer like me right? Wrong! I had the company deliver the furniture to the house. On the way to bringing the bedroom furniture in they scratched up the entire side of the wall going up my stair case, the ceiling above my staircase, and made a huge gash on my bedroom wall with the head board of the new bed. The coffee table had damaged legs, the end of the bed was damaged, a huge scratch on one of the couches, and the nightstands were damaged. Plus I mentioned the damages to the house to the delivery guy. It took over a month and several calls to receive the replacement furniture. They picked up the damaged couch and left me minus one couch for 3 months!!! They brought back new legs for the coffee table and they damaged them again by installing them! Then the guy says there's no possible way to install the legs with out scratching them and I can just fix it with a sharpee. I asked about the damage to the house. They said a professional painter was being sent to the house to have it fixed the following week. The painter never came. I called them for over a year sometimes 3 or 4 times in a day because they would tell me the manager would call me back in 20 minutes and never did. I then showed up to the store. The salesmen ran to the back of the store and left me to give the receptionist a piece of my mind. They gave me the run around for 3 years until my lease was up on that house which I ended up having to pay for in my deposit when I left the house. I can't believe this place treats people like this! I can't believe people like this are allowed to have businesses! I'll be sending a complaint to the better business bureau as well. DO NOT COME HERE. The quality of everything I purchased is cheap cheap cheap. And the people that work there don't give a fuck about their clientele as long as they get their money!!!!
