I ordered the beef ribs... they were charred to death and tough as nails. I don't normally complain, but when the waitress asked how my meal was I told her "not that good". It took her a moment to process and then she apathetically replied, "Would you like some new ribs". I told her "that would be nice". After my wife had completely finished her meal, I got my new batch of ribs. They were still charred and less tough (though I think that was due to the grizzly fat content of the meat). I told the waitress "the ribs are usually better here" to which I got no response, not even a discount or a free dessert. Nope I had to pay full price. To make things worse it was my birthday and I left feeling slightly nauseated. I would give them a zero, but I don't think that's an option here. You can get better ribs almost anywhere else.
