  • In store is hit and miss. Some employees know their business and seem to care, others are oblivious. Visit the Home Depot during off hours / slow times to get some real help. The sub contracting of delivery and install is a huge weakness. Home Depot uses the bottom of the barrel providers when it comes to delivery and installs. If you can possibly buy appliances and other products that require delivery or install elsewhere, you will be making a wise choice.
