  • I called this place to get a quote on tuning my piano and the lady on the phone was nothing but rude. She asked me how much I paid for it, which I told her, and she immediately responded "oh, well, that is NOT a good piano". The overall tone was very snobby and, frankly, bitchy. Once I gave her the brand, she then proceeded to tell me what a crappy piano I had with things like, "this piano would be worth literally nothing to me". I would never recommend or call this place again.
