  • I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel but some features specifically the parking situation I could not ignore. This hotel is a solid 3 1/2 stars but reduced to 3 stars due to the fact that parking costs 19.00 per day with a pass or 12.00 whenever you leave the parking structure. I HAVE NEVER PAID FOR PARKING AT A HOTEL AND NO GUEST SHOULD HAVE TO. I know it's a metropolitan area but I think they should take the hit for the guest or provide deeper discounts for parking. The room was clean with an awesome view of the skyline. They provide a service to borrow household/toiletries type of items like humidifiers, curling irons and even yoga mats for free. A very nice experience overall and would definitely consider staying here again especially if they get the parking situation under control.
