  • HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!! I was yesterday in this place with my two kids. We decided to chose a perfume. It's really important for me to chose my perfume than is going to fit me and I need time for it.I am a regular customer of SEPHORA. The assistant(women,50 years,with short haircut,dark hair,short high,Asian)was very unfriendly. After my ask to get a sample,she looked at me with inappropriate glance(by rolling eyes), it shocked me. I wanted to get the perfume and another cosmetic staff,but I won't do it.
