  • Not sure if this morning was just an oddity for them or either they just got up on the wrong side of the bed I walk into the normal McDonald's expecting some great service didn't even get it the manager of all people was very just slow and inconsistent with my order she took 20 minutes to even get to me when I was the only person standing there we're talking about 7:15 a.m. in the morning when no one else there you think someone would jump on the case to take care of your customers and get them out of there she took my order another person entered the restaurant this person waited another 15 minutes cuz it took the manager 15 minutes to make both of my McCafe caramel macchiato I am shocked at the service level that I received today never have I been to this place in the service especially this early in the morning was not up to standards there has to be a change I understand it's a day after a holiday everybody is dragging but this was ridiculous get it together McDonalds on 24th Street and Baseline especially first thing in the morning when you know everybody is coming in to get their daily fix
