| - Poor customer service. I bought a dishwasher online, it was supposed to arrive on Aug 5, 2017. I went into the store to set up installation, paid for it and it was a nightmare from there on out. They were unsure if they new where the dishwasher was, their warehouse or the main warehouse, I gave them my number and never received a return call.
The person that called me from Lowe's gave me a wrong number to the installer, the number stated it was a non-working number. Additionally, they left no return number, so getting a hold of the person who called was difficult. The installer finally left a message at 9pm at night, yes, I was a sleep. I returned his call the next morning and he never returned my call. The dishwasher did finally arrive, however not able to be installed. The guys dropped it off in my kitchen and left it bundled in the packing material. I ended up installing it myself, which was not an easy task. Once the installer did call he told me he was coming to install my MICROWAVE. I never ordered a microwave. Today, I went in to speak to the manager. He made excuses for the installer, never mind about the phone calls never returned from their staff about the whereabouts of the dishwasher. They are picking up the old dishwasher for me which was nice and did me a favor by returning my install fee. I am not really sure why he thought any of this was ok!
It is unfortunate but I won't be purchasing anything else from Lowe's.
