rev:text	I honestly can't in all fairness give this place more than 1 star and here's why. I came into the shop Tuesday evening around 7:30 (they close at 9p) to get quoting for embroidery on 12 company T-shirt's. I own a small business and was on a tight budget for my employees shirts. Anyway when I came in there were 3 people on staff. Two women and one guy. Both women were with customers. I waited patiently and one of the girls called me over (not a long wait by any means). I told her what I was looking for, ideally logo embroidered on the front top left of the shirt and name on the back. The lady recommended vinyl (?) not sure don't quote me on that but some kind of durable printing on the back and embroidery on the front. Overall about $30 per shirt and at first I thought this was kind of a steep price but I don't know the industry so I really couldn't complain too much, which I didn't. They didn't have women polo shirts at their store so I went next door to old navy and bought the shirts there. I did have to go back and forth in between stores to make sure what I wanted done could be completed. Around 8 or so they said I could send the digital but it wouldn't get started until the following day which was fine with me as long as they were ready for pickup Thursday morning. She told me to show the guy my design to make sure it could be done. Now before I get into conversation I had with the guy, the girls were extremely unfriendly. I know I was a bit indecisive and didn't know what I wanted, I've been to many custom shirt company's in Vegas and never felt like I was bothering an employee more than I felt like with this place. They ladies were short with me, not friendly, and just overall irritated I was asking questions. When I finally got to the guy he was completely dismissive and rude. Basically told me after glimpsing at my design that they couldn't do and it was too intricate. He didn't spend more than a couple of seconds with me and he just went back to what he was doing. He also quoted to do a large logo on the back fro $65 per shirt! Which isn't want I wanted and the price was ridiculous. Absolutely no kind of customer service at all with this place. I agreed that we could just do the initials of my business on the front and then my company name on the back, still same price. I ran back over to old navy to gather all of the shirts and got back to the embroidery place at 9:02. They refused me service. I told them all I wanted to do was show them the shirts and send my graphics electronically. They refused and closed the gate down on me. Granted I recognize they were closed, but the lack of good service just gave me a really bad vibe. I told them I'd be back the next morning but I found someone else on yelp (Quality Stitch ask for Joel) who did the entire logo (intricate and all) and added my company name for $15 per shirt. Without the name the embroidery would've only been $11 per shirt. The same thing I asked Fantastic Embroidery to do which they refused at $12 a shirt and offered to put the logo on the back for $65 per shirt. Joel with Quality Stitch has the shirts ready as promised and they look amazing. Wouldn't wait time coming here. Staff isn't friendly and they shut you down if they don't want to do your project. Will never come back here
