  • Never book the basic cheap room! We did and gross! Literally looked liked a room someone would have died in in a CSI scene. But upgrade was only 20 dollars a night and that room was beautiful with a great view. If you stay here, stay here... Don't walk around outside. This is too close to downtown Vegas and what they call "Crack Alley". The slots are tight, your not going to win big here, no-one in our group of 50, won anything worth mentioning. Tryjng to get a drink while playing slots, forget about it, they only come around about every 45 minutes to an hour, on a good day. The Buffett... Ehh. It was ok. Most of the food was very similar to cafeteria, in fact, i think Furrs would have been better. Even if you stay at hotel, plan in 35.00 for buffett for 2! The shops are ok, but nothing you can't find on the strip. It took 45 minutes standing in line to check in and both days we waited over 25 minutes for valet to get our cars. In short. Room was ok after upgrade, view was amazing. But we won't stay here again. Its too limiting!
