  • This place has the worst customer service I ever encountered. They don't answer the phone and don't respond to messages left on there answering machine. This happened for a second time. Took my car there early Friday morning and got no call to ask to leave it overnight. Called the next day and no answer and left a message no return call. Went there to get my car at 4:00pm and place was closed which there hours are m-sat. 8-5. I needed my car Saturday because me and the wife work on Sunday. Had to take my wife to work at 4:00am on Sunday and Monday and pick her up. I had to miss some work hours to do this. So then no call on Monday at all. I picked it up at 1:00pm and they still haven't got to my car. So I just took it somewhere else. Jason said his computer system was having problems. No excuse not to make a phone call or even not to look at the car. I will never go there again. This place is terrible. All I asked for was a little customer service. I do not recommend anybody to go here.
