After buying 3 cars from Pinnacle Nissan, they really dropped the ball on my 4th purchase. Traded in a leased vehicle for a finance (for the second time) and then out of nowhere received a bill from NMAC for $5000 for early lease return penalties. Sent an email to "general manager" Matt Cerreta and received no response. Asked my sales person to arrange a callback from the finance manager- nothing. I requested a copy of all paperwork that I signed for the transaction and was completely ignored. I was a 100% loyal customer but I will never buy another vehicle here after this experience.
