  • Customer service is non-existent. We brought in our PC to have them transfer hard-drive data to our new MacBook. They ended up frying the PC and then abdicated any responsibility. I will make it my life's mission to tell this story to every single person I meet. DO NOT BUY MAC products from the store in SouthPark. Very interesting that you CANNOT leave feedback about your experience with their staff through any of their websites. Tells you a lot about a company.
