rev:text	Normally, this place is fantastic. Today not so much. I went in for a cleanser their dermatologist put me on previously. The friendly receptionist tells me they're out and don't have an estimated time on new shipment. Okay, no problem. I then ask if there's a recommendation on what to use in the interim. The other receptionist, who's been friendly and helpful in the past but wasn't for whatever reason today, said they don't have a recommendation. I asked who I needed to speak to get one. The unfriendly receptionist reiterated they're out, which was already clear, and I'd have to physically see the Dr to get an alternative option. Fine. Was there a way to speak with him today. No. Again, not helpful. You would think that if they've been out of a product for an extended length of time, alternatives would have been considered. Makes me consider not going back in the future. Hopefully, this was a one-off situation, because I've been impressed in the past.
