  • Very disappointing. Phone tree is a nightmare, staff unresponsive and toilet did not work, but then again they told us it did not work earlier today, but they rented it to us anyway. Not typical of a Marriott. And I must confess that all of this just adds to our disappointment at "check in" when we were told our ride to the airport would be on a "first come first served basis". Rather, it was "we will take your parking money and room rental, but for a ride to the airport, get in line". Maybe this is a Motel 6 with stolen sign. The
