My husband and I have taken our two vehicles into this location for 3 plus years. We have spent a good $5,000. I bought tires there and this past weekend I got a nail in my tire. I called yesterday (Monday) and the person on the phone said no problem, bring it in. I arrived at 4:45 and waited a good 10 minutes for the patrons that were before me to be taken care of. I knew there would a good wait. At 6pm I walk out from the waiting room and my car is still in the same parking space. I inquired when they will be able to get to my car and the person behind the counter says" I'll get to it when I get to it." I requested my car keys back and left. I didn't expect any apologies, I just wanted a time frame. Had he said "There is x amount of cars in the bays now yours will be right after them then I would have waited. We will never go back to Big O again. So sad that businesses don't think that just an ounce of manners will keep their current customers.
