  • Do not use this store, the technician deleted all my contacts from my phone. He didn't apologize, and just said, "don't know what happend". I went to receive a replacement phone, handed him my old phone to transfer the contacts, he then hands me my old phone with "zero" contacts. Then states, I don't think you had any contacts on here. I had over 100, and they were all gone. Terrible customer service.
