The service department is terrible. Took my vehicle in for an oil change and the "standard" multipoint inspection. The first thing clearly indicated on the inspection is the headlights are working well....green box if you will. On my way home, I notice in the reflection from another car my day time running light is out. Did they really do the inspection? Called and made an appointment to get this repaired, " don't worry sir, we have the part and will get it taken care of." Show up on my appointment day and the part is not there..Greg my service technician said it'll be a week. Needless to say, I'm a little furious. I not only wasted my time driving to the dealer but took work off. Greg says he would normally apologize but he didn't make the appointment so he didn't see a need to. Asked to speak with the manager, Tommy. No help and has more excuses than Bill Cosby. Asked to speak with the director of service who never came out of his office to address the situation. He sits 5feet away. Next I call the GM, Mike, his cell number and picture are all over and say call me if there are issues. Still waiting for his call. This place is a joke. Find another dealership to have your maintenance performed if you value your time and would at least like the courtesy of being treated as some sort of valued customer.
