  • We saw them through a groupon and bought a $30 for 60$ deal. We scheduled a time, and they gave us 3 hour window, which they did not meet. We needed the carpets cleaned for a party we were having. We they could not make their own schedule time on saturday, we re-scheduled for the next day. When they show up, they say its going to be an extra $30 dollar charge for having them do it "after hours." We told them no, you scheduled this date, and did not inform people of this charge, we aren't going to pay for your hidden up-charge. They were adamant about it, so we said that we will re-schedule for yet again. The man (teenager) said he would call his manager, but then just drove off in his truck. Awesome job guys - we're getting the groupon refunded now.
