  • I hope the manager at this store sees my review. Well I waited in the store for about an hour to just pick up a phone, when the girl the day before said I would just need to pick it up. Yeah right. I had asked two employees if they could just go in the back and get my phone, which came with a manufacture defect! After the two people decided to ignore me and help someone else. I think John was the employee that helped me. (Orange glasses & Grey hair) He went out of his way to make sure I got my phone when the other two guys failed to do so. He actually talked to me and apologized for me waiting so long. He was a really nice guy & knew what he was talking about. Everyone else in that store sucks!!!!
