  • My fiance and I went into Jared's looking for an engagement ring and had the most pleasant experience. Carolyn greeted us right away and asked what we were looking for. My fiance told her exactly what it was she wanted and I told her what our budget was. We spent about an hour looking at different rings. Fonda also came over to help and the two of them helped us find her the perfect ring. And after that the perfect diamond to go on that perfect ring. They were both sincerely happy for us and it was amazing how much my fiance and Fonda could relate to each other. It was like they were best friends! I purchased her ring that day. They had to special order a smaller size and it came in 2 weeks ahead of schedule. We came back to try it on and it fit perfectly. We then decided on what type of prongs for the diamond to be set on and a few days later I get an email that the ring is ready. I just wanted to thank the both of you for making this such an enjoyable experience. I've never seen my girl so happy. I think she's happier with her ring than me asking her to marry me. Lol! Again, I can't thank you enough. You have a customer for life.
