  • My first time ever walking into a Lush cosmetics... and I'm blown away! The employees were all super helpful and fun and very knowledgeable on their products. The one-on-one experience that you can really get as they go over their products and give demos is amazing. I'm not usually a fan of lots of employee attention, but that's because the people working here were super supportive and helpful, making sure to not really pressure me into anything I didn't want to begin with. I walked in, knowing I wanted a hair treatment and bath bombs... and came out with exactly that! I got things that were tailored to my wants and needs (I have dry and damaged hair) and I got a treatment that will help me out so much with that. I also had thought about the new avocado co-wash, having seen it on the website, and the gals were nice and gave me a little demo as well as a little piece so I didn't have to spend a fortune trying it out at home. As for the bath bombs, I only knew of the sex bomb, but I had told them I loved tea and flowery scents, and whataya know, they got exactly that! So all in all, I went in there with really high expectations, having visited the website, saw a bunch of reviews, and even watched youtube videos on people's reactions and reviews, and I'm still blown away.
