  • Well, I now definitely understand ALL these awesome reviews for Phoenix Irrigation Services and for Tom, the owner. Tom is top-notch: professional, courteous, friendly, informative, conscientious, honest, and reliable. He really knows what he's doing and understands these systems so thoroughly - enabling him to diagnose problems efficiently and offer solutions. Our control box stopped communicating with the watering valves, so Tom figured out that somehow our wiring became compromised and needed to be replaced. A few days later, he sent over his employee, Alfredo, who did an absolutely wonderful job (and this is a BIG job...lots of labor!) doing this repair in a timely manner. And now, of course, everything is working perfectly. And btw, Alfredo too was professional, respectful, friendly, knew his stuff, and worked HARD to get this job done. I highly, highly recommend this business for any irrigation needs - and I will never use anyone else again; these guys are it.
