  • Be careful purchasing anything that looks remotely pre-opened. All of the AC boxes on their floor looked like they were previously opened for what ever reason, so I went with my gut and took home the least offensive looking one. Sure enough, it was missing parts. Went back and watched them open another box to find an older used AC model with no parts; someone had clearly switched out the current model and put their busted one it's place and returned it and no one double checked that box. The customer service was friendly, quite frankly probably the redeeming quality here. I got a partial refund because of the craziness.
