  • We see Dr. Dwayne at this practice and are quite happy with him. I am always able get an appointment within a couple of hours of the phone call, which is important when your child is sick. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes when we arrive, so the office is run pretty efficiently. His nurse and MA are really good for over the phone advice and take their time walking through the options to try, which is important to this first time mom. I really like Dr. Dwayne because I feel like he is doesn't give unnecessary treatments. We switched our previous peds office because I felt they were too quick to refer you out to a specialist which made me unnecessarily nervous. I understand that in our day and age a lot of docs err on the safe side, but the reason I go to a pediatrician is to tell me if something is a big deal or not. If the doctor thinks everything is a big deal, then it's not for me. I trust Dr. Dwayne to make a decision if something really needs extra attention or specialist advice. He's pretty good with our daughter and she doesn't mind getting the exam done in his office
