I have been coming to this place for years and this will be my last. Everyone there is really cool especially the manager. The slob (Erica) at the counter needs to be replaced and she is the reason I will not return. She has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. I think she is more focused on that half eaten burrito across the counter then the customer. It was like I interrupted a hippos feeding and made her walk two feet to ring me up. I wanted to purchase a water to get cash back for the "actual" workers so I could tip them and she gave me the worst attitude... "you need to purchase $2 worth of merchandise to get cash back"... ok charge me $2... "how much cash do you want back?" I would like $6 please... "you can only have $5. WTF is wrong with this person. It almost seemed that she was making it hard for me to tip the "actual" workers. Like she was jealous because she didn't know what she was going to do when she had no cash to buy that ever delicious burrito in her darkest hour. Well Francis and Sons, please read this and do something about your customer service at the Tempe location for future customers.
