  • This is the ONLY Verizon store you should go to for help or to purchase a phone. I dealt with Meghan and she was awesome--patient, knowledgeable, friendly. I am on my adult children's family plan and didn't have access to PINs or passwords. While I had trouble contacting my children for this information, I wasn't asked to come back when I got the information--Meghan actually called and texted my kids for me until we got the information we needed. I wouldn't hesitate returning if I have any future cell phone issues or need to upgrade my phone.
