  • CROOKS!!!! Yep that sums it up! My husband and I were approved for a rental on Friday 7/10/15. I had to notify the company on Monday I never received a lease to sign and proper details about the deposit... my husband and I sign the lease by 1030 monday morning and they tell me get the deposit here by 5 and it's your my husband was at the bank by 230 and I get a text, not a phone call a text saying sorry looks like someone else came in with the funds... are you freaking kidding me. Synthia at the company text me stating to have the funds by time they close and the rental is ours!!! I even asked her during this whole thing if I was,wasting my time if other apps were pending oh no its yours lease and deposit by time I close!!! Wow so 60 application fees down the drain. Then my husband who is upset calls down to the office and asked to speak with a manager and then the manager processed to tell my husband he felt harrassed!!!! Crooks!!!! Beware!!!! I will let everyone know what kind of company they run!!!
