  • If I could give this place a 0, I WOULD. First of all, I came up here to check this place out. Driving through on a Saturday night I saw stores with merchandise sitting in windows and weren't even open! On a Saturday night....what a joke. The shops were maybe a handful. I only ended up going to one store! Next thing I notice is nobody's walking around! It WAS A GHOST TOWN! Went to BRIO AND That WAS THE BEST PART. As far as I'm concerned, this place IS ONE BIG FALURE AND THESE ARE SO CALLED PROFESSIONALS(the owner of Tivoli) THAT RUN A SO CALLED BUSINESS! PLUS THE ADVERTISING IS ONE BIG LIE! They don't have some of those restaurants and shops posted on their site. How do you expect to make people come if you have nothing to do! AGAIN, WHAT KINDA BUSINESS IS THIS PLACE RUNING....NOT A VERY GOOD ONE! SAVE YOU GAS, MONEY, and TIME! :/
