  • If there was a way to give NO stars I would. This post office is a disgrace to the United States Postal Service. I'm tired of not getting my mail, we normally get mail everyday, there are two different names living here. The mail carrier for this area (Basic High) should be fired or retired. he is rude and stupid. He dropped a package on my porch and I heard it break, I took it straight to the post office and filed a complaint. The people on the next street and two houses down from us get our mail and we get theirs. We are out doing his damn job while he rides around doing less than nothing. There are three of us that have filed complaints that I know of, we have lived in this house for 12 years, surely the idiot knows the names by now. I just filed a complaint with the Post Office General and I intend to continue doing so until this guy is gone. He insists on leaving mail that isn't ours and never has been, I've brought it to his attention several times when I can catch him, his hours are his own I think because he never gets here at the same time. I came from a place that our mail man was respected, this guy deserves no respect. No wonder no one likes the Postal Service, they allow this kind of crap to go on all over. If you have a problem with the PO please take the time to file a complaint with the POGeneral, thats the only way anything will get done in this town.
