  • I went when I was pregnant for a sales meeting.... OWNER IS ABSOLUTELY RUDE!... it sucks because her cashier was very helpful and I actually loved my drink (of course it was NOT coffee because I was preggo and that's the ONLY reason I gave a 1 star - would've been negative stars for me actually - so sad).... The owner NEVER once said hi... to ANYONE that walked in.... and NEVER said those SIMPLE words when a customer completes a purchase "Thank you".... I HAD TO SAY THANK YOU FIRST and ONLY THE CASHIER said it back... The owner was RIGHT NEXT TO HER and kept giving me dirty looks as if I was in the way of whatever they were discussing or maybe because she knew I wasn't going to order coffee BUT my drink was almost $10 anyway!!!. I asked questions about some drinks and she just looked at me, turned away and left her cashier to figure it out. UNREAL!....... I normally DO NOT complain but I hope the owner finds something else she likes because I don't think a coffee house is up her alley..... something else might've been "up her alley" that day ha!
