  • OMG! The hype of Nobu did not disappoint! The food is incredible! Cooked (or not cooked lol! **sushi**) so perfectly in every way with the best mix of ingredients. We ordered the: FOOD Japanese Snapper with Dry Miso (or special sauce) Yellowtail jalapeño Roll Salmon Scallop Tuna (Big Eye) Rock Shrimp Tempura with Creamy Spicy Black Cod Miso BENTO BOX* (Valrhona Dark Chocolate Fondant & Imperial Matcha Gelato) DRINKS 2Mango & Passion Martini for me 2 Nobu Side Car for my partner I can't tell you how amazing this experience was! From the food down to the waiter and servers. The food is out of this world! My favorite out of all (but don't get me wrong I absolutely LOVED all if anything everything were my favorites lol) was the Japanese Snapper with their special sauce? Im not sure if it was dry miso or not. But it was a different sauce that mixed so well with the japanese snapper! The crunchy addition was a perfect touch! The yellow tail, salmon, scallop, and tuna sushis were all in one plate including the sauce. The sauce was the perfect sauce for the sushi! The rock shrimp tempura was amazing! No extra sauce needed! My partner absolutely loved this dish! The black cod miso --where do I start? It was cooked so perfectly. Not overcooked, not undercooked. When I say perfectly cooked this is what cooking is supposed to be like. It seemed like it it was taken out of the pan at the exact perfect second! The bento box dessert loved the matcha gelato sooooo good! The chocolate was great, love dark chocolate! If you're more for the sweet chocolate you can also mix the matcha gelato with the dark chocolate which is what my partner. Expect to pay about 200-250 including tip though for all these, but it is sooo worth it! Ahhhh it was so good, I'm thinking of going back before we leave vegas!
