  • i worked with Keith Williams on my first new car purchase. most of our transactions took place with emails and texts. when i made my appointment to test drive a specific model that Keith ordered direct from the dealer (earnhardt) it was in the showroom, a day later. Keith had all the contracts and paperwork filled out prior to my arrival. we had previously discussed financing options, and he took the time to get the best rate. after a quick test drive, i returned to his office and spent a total of 10 minutes signing the contract and very few other necessary paperwork. 10 minutes! i was out the door in a brand new honda just pennies over invoice. THIS is how buying a car should work. i applaud the centennial team for being honest, zero sales pressure, very helpful and professional. Keith also offered to get me the dealer COST on any upgrades or enhancements.
