  • Why I won't return to this location. Upon ordering my takeout, I noticed the server had a shoulder full of white flakes from his scalp. I said, to the host as gently as I could, that he had dandruff. She sent him to the restroom to remove a full shoulder of this flakey scalp. I wasn't going to write this review until, picking up my order at the counter, the young woman insulted my intelligence. She said, FYI it wasnt dandruff it was lint. I will never eat at Moreno Express again. Watch who's serving you food.
