  • Not sure where to begin.. Called the practice to make an appointment and the girl seemed nice enough on the phone so I genuinely expected a pleasant experience. Boy was I wrong. Showed up on time, sat in a very small, dimly lit and dirty waiting area and was completely ignored for 25 minutes. Meanwhile several people whom spoke zero English were helped in and out of the office literally while I just sat there. Finally I just got up and left! Very shady operation going on there and certainly wasn't in a position to gamble my health care on it. And then throughout the rest of the entire day wouldn't you think they would've at least called me and asked where I went or what happened??? No They Did Not! Not really sure what is going on there but I can tell you I will never recommend it to anybody. Scary.
