  • I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube for the last 4 years and have had nothing but friendly exceptional service. The last time I went on 12/19 was one of the worst experiences I have come across. The manager was beyond awful! He would go out into the shop and yell and degrade the employees working. He then would come into the waiting room and complain to the customers about the employees. He also came in at one point and said he needed a Valium. When I went out to discuss what needed to be done to my car he asked me to hold on and yelled at a staff member right next to me. This man should never be in management. He was absolutely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful to his staff and the customers. I was there for an 1 hour and 45 minutes. When it came time to pay he told me unless I had exact change I needed to pay with a credit card. Unbelievable experience! Unfortunately I will never return to this location and I would not recommend it to anyone.
