WHO PRINTS ANYMORE?! They have scanning devices why can't they scan ticket?! Then can't accommodate at all, then tries charging me for a 3 year old when I had to look at sign and find Mathew was OVERCHARGING me..... Then I ask for manager who won't come down from their 'office'. He hands me a grubby desk phone, I refuse as my immune system is weak from chemo, still bald. I ask for number and it's for cell number of supervisor (Arlene), who of course does and says nothing.... Brought family specially from UK to see this place. Old hotel managed much better than the new Linq in my eyes:/ and there is free audio tour! Why don't they suggest it?! What terrible service all around? FYI Gone in 60 Seconds that is still on their posters, isn't there anymore...
