  • I wanted to come here to get my vehicle tinted because of the great reviews as I emailed Richard ahead of time to get a quote. I had a free day from work and called their shop. Another man picked up and was pretty condescending on the phone. I asked about same day appointments and got laughed at. Apparently they don't do that. I asked for a quote to see what he'd say, he gave me a price higher than Richard quoted me through email and asked if I was going to pay cash. Just as I was about to hang up, he asked if I knew Richard, and when I responded by saying I was exchanging emails with Richard, he changed his quote back down. It's kind of shady if you ask me. I don't doubt their work might be good, but if they can't be honest or transparent with customers, I'm not going to trust them with my vehicle. I also don't appreciate being treated differently. Perhaps Richard should just handle to customer service end of things from now on. I ended up going with Audio Heaven that same day and I'm very happy with the experience there.
