  • My son was injured at school today and broke his glasses. We do not have a back up pair so I was looking for a 1 hour place. Someone told me about Eyeglass World. so I called. They could take me as a walk in as long as I was there before 5pm. Got the eye exam then went to have the glasses made. The lady had gone home for the day. I was pretty upset but then a gentleman stayed (he was on his way out the door) and waited until they sorted out the insurance garbage. Since he needed them today, this man stayed, cut a temp. set of lenses and ordered the ones that we want permanently. He made sure they fit right and didnt bother my son before we walked out 2 minutes before they closed. I want to send out a HUGE thank you to Ramon for staying behind and making sure my son has glasses for school tomorrow. I'm forever grateful for your help and dedication to the customer. Victora was also very kind and helpful as was another lady (didnt catch her name Im sorry!) All 3 made sure our first experience here was a positive one. Thank you all! You're life-savers!
