rev:text	If you even remotely know what Japanese Ramen tastes like ... steer clear of this masquerade. Even Kabuki's flaccid attempt at Ramen outshines this mess. Venture down to Tompopo for a true introduction to Ramen, a bit further down the culinary road in Chandler you'll find Nishikawa. However if you want to taste the "real deal" a road trip to Monta's in Vegas is in order. The nearest serious attempt at a authentic bowl of Japanese Ramen. Happy Trails!
