This company is HORRIBLE! The office staff was rude when we made maintenance requests. The staff was constantly disrespectful when we contacted them over several issues throughout the year. Poorly maintained the place but my big complaints were about the how we would constantly lose hot water. We kept calling and asking and going to the office. They lied and said "tomorrow." Then, the next day "oh it should be on by the end of day today or else tomorrow." This went on for over 5 WEEKS! Residents called the news stationed and it was on the local news! Every time we called and asked what was up, they got rude, loud and disrespectful. They said we were bothering them too much and they couldn't get their work done. Me and other residents went to the office one day to demand answers and the regional manager, Liz Ritchie, said there would be no compensation and we had to put up with it and that she didn't have to give us an answer as to when it would be fixed. Then, she called the police right in front of us and told them we were bothering her and she couldn't get work done. They refused to respond to her 911 call and she hung up and sat there pouting. To top this off, when we moved out, they said they had no record of our $600 deposit even though it was listed on our contract. These people are criminals! I would NEVER use Stout Management again!!
