I found a vehicle online and was interested in certain fees not being charged and the mileage after phone conversations. When I made the 60mi drive to look at the vehicle the mileage was 6k higher and the fee I was told they don't charged always existed, no responsibility was taken by those I spoke to over the phone. I was refused a fee breakdown and when I asked for the fees I was simply stared at and was told why don't I trust the sales rep. After a battle he finally gave me a break down of fees and then could not explain the fees. It was a waste of my time. The sales rep spoke more about himself rather than getting to know his customer. I found my Cadillac at a Cadillac dealership and the experience was night and day, upfront and honest. Sorry vans, stop enforcing the used car salesman stereotype.
