  • Just paid 20 bucks for the works plus a mat shampoo. Waited a half an hour. My car is still dirty. DIRTY. Doesn't look like it was vacuumed and there is visible dirt on the car near the wheel wells and in the back. They didn't even wipe down the console. It's filthy. All this after they tried to upgrade me to a 50 dollar wash and the guy who vacuumed my car jokingly told me that I should kick my dog for the nose marks he made on my window because, "dogs need to be given a couple kicks every now and again." What a terrible experience. They offered to wash my car again but I don't have the time to waste. I could have flushed $20.00 down the toilet and windexed my windows for the same effect.
