  • This was the first time I had used a cleaning service and was so excited to get home and see the results. I paid extra to have my oven and windows cleaned. What a huge disappointment! My floors were still filthy, she forgot her vacuum cleaner, the walls of my oven are still grease covered and she never even attempted to clean the windows. Even my kitchen counters were neglected. There were still crumbs and coffee droplets on the counters. The parts of the counters she did clean were covered in a white film as was the refrigerator. The list goes on and on. I was able to get a full refund, but I will not use this company again. I never received any apologies for the horrible service nor any offers to correct the mistakes.
