  • The portrait studio is absolutely horrible. I called ahead to ask about same day photo pick up and whoever answered said that would not be a problem. I come in today, 30 minutes early to my appointment & get attitude from the girl working telling me I'm really early. I go grab a drink & come back at my 3PM appointment time and at 3:30 I overhear the staff telling another person a 2 week date from today to pick up their pictures. I ask the girl who works there about same day pick up & she says, "um, we don't do that." So after waiting almost an hour past my appointment now, I cancel and leave. Horrible service, rude & uneducated staff. Not happy.
